1. Important Partner Disclosures

 

RedBlack compensates Comply under a referral arrangement for certain customers referred through https://redblacksoftware.com/solutions-for-rias. If a visitor referred through this page enters into an agreement with RedBlack, RedBlack currently pays Comply up to 10 percent of the first-year fees billed for the applicable RedBlack offering. No payment is made up front. Compensation is earned and paid over time only if the referred visitor becomes a RedBlack customer and RedBlack bills fees for the applicable offering during the first year.

Because Comply is compensated for referrals, Comply has an incentive to refer visitors to RedBlack. Comply also has an incentive to maintain a positive commercial relationship with RedBlack. Comply is not a current advisory client of RedBlack and is not an investor in RedBlack.

2. Affiliates

RedBlack Software, LLC ("RBS") and RedBlack Advisers, Inc. ("RBA") are indirect affiliates under common control through their respective parent holding companies. RBS provides RedBlack's wealth technology offerings described in the Wealth Technology section of this site, while RBA provides RedBlack's outsourced services offerings described through the Outsourced Services section of this site. RBA is an SEC-registered investment adviser; RBS is not and its software technology offerings do not provide investment advice.

The Wealthies celebrate outstanding achievement in support of financial advisors' success. The winners are chosen from a pool of self-nominations who answer 4-6 questions to describe the company initiative and/or executive they plan to nominate, along with supportive materials. The award is designed to recognize new initiatives and current enhancements.

Disclosure: Awarded each December, the ThinkAdvisor Luminaries Awards celebrate exemplary leadership and groundbreaking innovation in Financial Services. Candidates may be nominated in various categories. ThinkAdvisor’s editorial staff and its Luminaries advisory board carefully review each nomination without bias to select the finalists. Then, a panel of independent judges made up of leaders in the financial services industry select the winners. 1. Accolade - Winner WealthTech Provider of the Year (2023-2024)

Disclosure: Awarded each summer, the InvestmentNews Awards celebrate excellence in wealth management. Nominations are open to all wealth management professionals and organizations, including service providers like RedBlack. The awards team then conducts research and draws on knowledge and information gained through InvestmentNews to support and supplement nominations received and to ensure that no one deserving or recognition is missed. All submissions are forwarded to the independent judging panel comprising of industry leaders and senior representatives who assess and vote for the winners in each category. Using a simple points system to aggregate votes, the top score in each category is named the winner.

Disclosure: For ten years, the FinTech Breakthrough Awards have celebrated and highlighted innovation, achievements and leadership in the global financial technology and digital finance markets. Through a rigorous, impartial and thorough judging process, each award is granted based one excellence and true breakthroughs.
