Jennifer Valdez serves as Chief Revenue Officer at RedBlack Software where she leads the sales, account management, revenue operations, and marketing organizations. She is responsible for driving growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and helping RIAs and wealth management firms leverage technology to scale their businesses, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

With nearly three decades of experience in wealth technology and financial services, Jennifer has built a distinguished career helping advisory firms navigate change, embrace innovation, and capitalize on new growth opportunities. Her experience spans revenue leadership, product strategy, client services, and business transformation, providing her with a unique perspective on the evolving needs of advisors and wealth management enterprises.

Prior to joining RedBlack, Jennifer served as President of the Americas for intelliflo, where she helped the organization scale and drive impact in new markets. She also held senior leadership roles at Jemstep, SunGard (now part of FIS), and SunGard Advisor Technologies leading initiatives that heled shape the evolutionluion of modern advisor technology platforms.

A passionate advocate for the future of financial advice, Jennifer is committed to helping advisors adapt to changing investor expectations and industry dynamics. She is a frequent contributor to industry conversations around technology innovation, advisor growth, and the increasing influence of women in wealth management.

Jennifer is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and currently resides in Granite Bay, CA.
