Kevin Babikian

Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel

Kevin is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of RedBlack Software where he leads the company's legal, corporate governance, enterprise risk, and business operations functions. He provides strategic counsel to support RedBlack's growth, innovation, and compliance objectives across its platforms and solutions.

Kevin brings more than 23 years of experience across financial services and technology, including leading senior legal roles at Invesco and OppenheimerFunds and earlier practice at Dechert LLP. 

At Invesco, he led the global legal strategy for the intelliflo group of companies. His work includes negotiating complex commercial and enterprise technology agreements and building legal, compliance, and risk management capabilities to support business growth and corporate transitions.

He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. He lives in Cresskill, NJ.
